Deadline for Advance Meeting registration: June 23, 2006 Neither submission of an abstract nor GSA membership is required for attendance at the Meeting. Meeting registration will be accepted via the Yeast Online Meeting Registration Web site or by mailing in the appropriate form.
NOTE: The meeting registration fee does not include meals and housing. You must register for housing separately. Advance Registration Payment by Mail If you choose to mail in an advance registration form, it will be processed only if accompanied by payment, which may be made by credit card, check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. currency and payable to "The Genetics Society of America," or a money order. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Credit card payments will be accepted by fax, but not by telephone. If you pay by check or money order, complete the advance registration form and mail it with your payment to The Genetics Society of America. Please keep a copy for your records. After June 23, 2006, you must register online at the higher rates or at the Meeting. Confirmations A confirmation/receipt will appear online immediately following a successful registration. Confirmation of registration will include your registration number. Cancellations A $25 handling fee will be charged for all meeting advance registration cancellations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing. An e-mail message is adequate and should be sent to Anne Marie Mahoney, GSA meetings manager. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 23, 2006. |
